At Brilliant Kids, we pride ourselves in providing healthy, organic and nutritious meals.

We use 5 main components in our meals:

  • Grains

  • Dairy

  • Protein

  • Vegetables

  • Fruits.

Our menu is influenced by various international cuisines, making it culturally diverse.

Health and nutrition not only impact a child’s learning capabilities, but it also affects their thinking and attention span. When they feel great from eating healthy nutritious meals, they become more energized and engaged. Not only that, but the food we provide help children to refine their pallets; discovering tastes, textures and colors that will push them towards healthier eating habits as they grow.

Children also benefit so much when sharing meals with their peers! Eating together provides an opportunity for them to expand their vocabulary and social skills! We emphasize the social aspect of sharing lunch, providing ‘family- style’ meal time so that children can share their eating experience with one -another.

We collaborate with parents on helping their children create healthy eating habits, especially if the child is a picky eater. Children here at Brilliant Kids become ‘decision makers’ as they embark on a journey to seek out and discover new foods that they can try from our food menu. When they feel as if their opinions matter in deciding what they want to eat, it results in a positive experience with eating.
